Know your baseline—before you need it.

I have long been an advocate for proactive and preventive health. After years of working with high-performing populations, including military and special operations communities, I saw the value of understanding your health and performance before something goes wrong.

My work in neuropsychological assessment reinforced that belief. I often evaluated high-functioning people who noticed changes in memory or thinking—but still scored in the average to high-average range. Without earlier testing, it was at times difficult to determine how much they had changed from their own previous level of functioning.

It made me wonder: What if we didn't wait?

This is why I started brain baseline testing

A Brain Performance Baseline gives you an objective picture of how your brain is functioning today—and a meaningful point of comparison for the future.

That can be valuable if you later experience:

  • Changes in memory, mood, or thinking

  • A concussion or accident

  • Illness or other health changes

  • Concerns related to aging or cognitive decline

Psychologist-led. Clinically meaningful.

Every assessment is overseen by me, a board-certified clinical psychologist, and administered by trained and registered psychometrists or master's-level clinicians working under my supervision. Many are pursuing doctoral training in clinical psychology or neuropsychology.

We use established psychological and neuropsychological measures—not simply a proprietary “brain score.” Your results are designed to be meaningful to other psychologists, neuropsychologists, neurologists, and specialists should you ever need them.

Don't wait until something is wrong.
